A total of 33 students from the schools of ASPADO Central and Andalusia participated in the "I National Adapted Paddle Tournament for adults in the standing mode" organized by the Andalusian delegation, which took place this past weekend in San Fernando (Cádiz).

Beyond the competition, the premise that these types of events have been met, sharing a family day enjoying sport, since in addition to monitors and students, the president of ASPADO, Kiki de la Rocha, the delegate of ASPADO Andalucía, attended. Begoña de la Rocha, and relatives of the participants.

On Saturday morning, on the tracks of the Padel Planet club, which graciously gave its modern facilities for the tournament, the competition was held in four modalities: Low Sports Skills, High Sports Skills, High Adapted and Competition.

The monitors Víctor, Manolo, Dani and Alvaro, with the collaboration of two other local monitors, Manolo and Yoyo, were in charge of organizing the competition and participating with the students on the track.

The party continued at night with the delivery of trophies at the El Castillito social club, which provided its facilities for this event, and the performance of the musical groups Plazuela and the El Castillito Orchestra.

The tournament was also possible thanks to the support of the Sports Service of the Cádiz Provincial Council, the Caballero Group and mainly to the great effort and dedication of Manolo Bueno, head of the ASPADO Andalucía schools.
